Tecnodeck is also the brand of a complete deck system and architectonic profiles, manufactured in this innovative material.
Wood Plastic Composite is already a first choice material in countries like the US, Canada or Japan. There has been a growing enthusiasm in Europe where this material is used more and more.

Tecnodeck is manufactured using a sophisticated technology, which mostly combines selected particles of wood, encapsulated with thermoplastic.
It combines the nobleness of wood with the resistance of thermoplastic. With excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, Tecnodeck looks like natural wood, but does not require the traditional and expensive treatments with oil and immunizing agents.By using recycled wood particles, Tecnodeck is also the socially responsible option to the environment. Tecnodeck is used alternatively to exotic wood, undoubtedly contributing to protect the remaining rainforest.

Tecnodeck offer a material of recognized qualities: virtually without any maintenance, excellent resistance to atmospheric agents and directly contributing to preserve natural resources.

TECNODECK IS AN EXTRAORDINARY ENVIRONMENTAL OPTION

Tropical Rainforests are under enormous stress, it is up to us to ensure that they survive. For the Tecnodeck production it is not necessary to cut down a single tree. Combining carefully selected wood chips as residues of industry with a resin, Tecnodeck is the result of an advanced technology, allowing an excellent use of resources.

RECYCLED MATERIAL

Tecnodeck is mostly made of wood particles, 100% post-industrial recycled and a smaller part of HDPE resin, absolutely inert suitable for health and food contact. The total of this small resin part, 30% of the content is also recycled material.
This means that Tecnodeck has an extraordinary score with regard to the reuse of pre-consumer / post-industrial recycled material over 70% of the total.


RECYCABILITY

Concerning the recycability of Tecnodeck, the issue can be divided in two variants:
. Internal recycling pre-consumer / post-industrial - it concerns to the produced residues from production, relatively unchanged material, that is re-used during the manufacturing process.This practice according to ISO 1402:1999, is a already being carried out by Tecnodeck
. End-of-life recycling - Tecnodeck can be reground and reuse after their service life. Tecnodeck has established a “take back program”. With this program, after the life use of the product, Tecnodeck accept to receive it back in way to be reground and reused according to our product parameters, in our manufacturing process.

PVC FREE

The wood plastic composites are not all the same.
Unlike others available composites on the market, Tecnodeck does not contain PVC* or other health and environment Harmful material.
Tecnodeck is REACH compliant.
