Frame House group SIA is a Latvian company that has been manufacturing prefabricated wooden frame houses kits since 2003.

The German technology and equipment we use allow timber constructions with industrial accuracy and of the highest quality.

We have quite an extensive supply geography that runs across 28 EU countries, with over 2 000 projects produced and shipped.

Instead of using ballparks and other forms of price approximation, we provide our clients with the finalized pricing options on 3 presets for their project, along with the future home 3D model and some very comprehensive technical documentation.

Every house’s specifications are custom tweaked to accommodate the predominant climate in the client’s location. Passive options are available with any model, plus we can adapt your project even if was initially designed for other materials like brick or concrete.
