BELULL is a Epsilon Composite's brand. The company is specialized in manufacturing pultruded carbon fiber parts for the industry. Pultrusion is an industrial manufacturing process which makes it possible to produce continues profiles with different shapes. From these profiles, we provide finished parts for industry, in different sectors: aeronautics, space, civil engineering, XXL telescops, robot arms, portable tools, printing rollers, flexography….

We are the second manufacturer of technical rollers worldwilde. Our products are designed to work in traction. Our material is stainless. Lightness and rigidity are the main mechanical characteristics of our products. Like all manufacturers, we generate involuntary stocks.

To make use of these production surpluses, we have decided to upcycle our profiles to offer a range of design furniture, unique thanks to the use of carbon. In partnership with designers, we want to offer decorative products, works of art and custom made furniture.

Upcycling

This english term was invented in the mid-1990s by Reiner Pilz. Upcycling is the action of recovering materials or products that are no longer needed in order to transform them into products of superior quality or utility. It is therefore a matter of “top-down” recycling. The principle is to give a new, more upscale life to an object, often very far from its first life. One of the first benefits of upcycling is its positive impact on the environment. Indeed, the principle being to reuse, we thus save the brainpower and raw materials inherent in a manufacturing process. Upcycling is part of the vast movement of the circular economy and reuse. In our case, it is, for example, carbon plates intended primarily for civil engineering, which are used to make our table tops and our bookcase shelves to give them finesse and rigidity.
