The WEISS Floor Plus system offers a high flexibility and consists of calcium sulfate panels, various thicknesses, the panels with tooth milling edges are interlocked by using a joint glue. That forms a smooth surface which is ready to take all kind of coverings independent from the panel grid.
The calcium sulfate panels meet all requirements for the non-combustibility and for the protection of the environment. The panels are glued directly on the pedestal head because of the strength of the system. The effect is as using stringers. Therefore the WEISS Floor Plus system is qualified for high static and dynamical loads which you have in technical rooms. But its also qualified for office rooms with increased static loads like lecture and assembly halls etc.
Inspection openings guarantee the access to the cavity.
The WEISS Floor Plus panel helps to contribute to the LEED goal for improving overall indoor air quality and helps to earn LEED credit as well.
The WEISS substructure consists of galvanized and yellow passivated steel pedestals. The pedestals are securely glued to the concrete slab.
The system Floor Plus is also available in chipcore tiles.
