Watco Moisture Guard is a high performance, water based, acrylic paint designed to enhance and protect interior surfaces. This anti condensation paint is ideal for areas with persistent humidity, constant temperature fluctuations, insufficient air movement, or other environmental conditions, which can attack the paint film resulting in mould and mildew growth.* Moisture Guard is extremely easy to mix and apply with no sanding or priming required. The satin finish is also scrubbable and moisture resistant, making it easier to keep your surfaces clean. *Moisture Guard contains a biocide to protect the dry film from fungal degradation. Once dried the paint is classed as a treated article and contains a surface biocide 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4- isothiazoline-3-one. Recommended areas of use For areas with persistent humidity, condensation, or poor air circulation such as bathrooms, basements, and kitchens, as well as areas where mould or mildew are a concern.
