The secret-fix systems are available in varying depths to suit your project needs and provide a low maintenance system with excellent colour stability. All of our systems are supplied to a superior finish and are easy and consistent to install. Soffit The Catnic® Urban Soffit plank sits perpendicular to the fascia, or runs parallel to the wall to enhance your buildings aesthetic appearance. Its tongue and grove edge allow it to fit tightly together, the secret-fix fastenings concealed to provide an uninterrupted soffit line. The versatility of soffit planks allows them to be used as wall cladding. Soffit planks are available in a variety of girths/sizes up to 300mm deep, determined by the size of the soffit area, and come in 3m lengths as standard. The soffit plank is fitted to boards on the rafters. The soffit clamp is used as a joining and starter piece. For example a 200mm deep soffit requirement would be one plank at 200mm, or a 300mm deep requirement would be made up of would be made up of two planks at 150mm each.
