TRANSPARENT WATERBORNE POLYURETHANE COATING (A+B). Two components product based on a polyurethane dispersion with hydrophilic aliphatic poly-isocianate. The film characteristics: – Excellent adhesion on several types of materials – Excellent mechanical properties – Good resistance to abrasion – Good resistance to solvents – Excellent resistance to atmospheric agents – Good resistance to ethylic alcohol – Satin appearance FINISOL SATIN forms a film with good resistance to abrasion and scratches. Usages Coating of concrete substrates. Top Coating for resin coverings. Anti-dust coating for concrete and bricks surfaces. Coating for garages and battery warehouses. Substrates The substrate must have a minimum resistance to compression of 25 N/mm2 and to traction of 1,5 N/mm2. Preparation of the substrate •Concrete substrates have to be solid, absorbent, leveled, not polluted by oils, dust or any other substances. Abrase or shot-blasting. •Eventual holes or imperfection can be filled with PAVIRAPID or SIVITCOL.
