Cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coating is a gray powder material prepared with ordinary portland cement as base material and active chemical components. The waterproof mechanism of cement-based osmosis crystalline series waterproof coatings is mainly under the action of water. The waterproof coatings contain active chemicals with water as the carrier. With the penetration of water into the structural pores, the active chemicals penetrate into the interior with water and react to form ettringite and other insoluble crystals. The active chemicals react with unhydrated cement particles and promote cement hydration, form cement hydration crystals, generate a large number of crystals to fill and block pores so that water cannot enter the concrete to achieve the purpose of waterproof.
Scope of application
It is widely used in the waterproof construction of tunnels, dams, reservoirs, power stations, nuclear power plants, cooling towers, underground railways, overpasses, bridges, underground continuous walls, airport runways, pile heads and pile foundations, wastewater treatment tanks, reservoirs, basements, roofs and toilets of industrial and civil buildings, as well as the maintenance and plugging of all structural defects such as concrete building facilities.
