Stable and highly flexible basic door system in 75 mm core basic depth The Schüco AD UP 75 BL (Basic Line) door system is the basic option of the Schüco AD UP system platform for 75 mm basic depth. The benefits for architects, developers and fabricators include high stability and durability as well as great functional and design freedom, combined with easy and reliable fabrication and installation. The triple-shell profile construction with double insulation level and a rebate gasket system with two gasket levels ensure good thermal insulation and weathertightness properties, even without the additional use of insulating foam isolators and glazing rebate insulation. Externally flush-fitted door construction with continuous 7 mm shadow gap on the outside. Five-chamber profile construction, arranged symmetrically, consisting of three aluminium shells which are joined by means of special insulating bars without insulating foam. As hybrid insulating bars with a large fixed proportion between the inner and centre shells and a decoupled outer shell, the door leaf profiles must be designed with "split insulating bars". The decoupling must take place between the outer aluminium shell and the insulating bar to reduce the bi-metallic effect. The door leaves must have a four-sided mitred leaf profile. The sealing is carried out by two rebate gasket levels. Retrofitting of a centre gasket must be ensured. The fittings are installed in the aluminium centre shell, not in the insulating bar. An attachment to building structure is possible in the middle of the profile via the centre shell.
