Description
Realized in aluminum alloy with chilled casting structure
has a polished and anodized surface. It is equipped with
high precision slicing thickness adjustment from 0 to 16
mm and standard upper fixed sharpener. Food carriage
mounted on ball bearings ensure smooth gliding. Equipped
with chrome plated and hardened steel blade, fixes ring
around the blade and fence plate safety lock as standard on
CE professional. The machine is available in sausage plate
version (S) or meat plate version (C).
