Acrylic emulsion based, long-lasting exterior coating. Available in 25 Kg packaging. SCOPE OF APPLICATION SARKOTEX can be used on exteriors of all kinds of buildings, on rough plaster, exposed concrete or cement sheet surfaces with suitable undercoat. FEATURES - SARKOTEX covers up the faults on the surface with the thick layer of film that forms during application, - Resistant to alkaline, - Not affected from external factors, and weather conditions like rain, snow, humid, extreme hot or cold and also its colours do not fade, - Due its high vapor permeability, it allows surface to discharge the steam and breathe, - As it is water-based, it is harmless to human health and environment THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION Depending on surface smoothness, porosity and application methods, for a single coat application; - 1 lt covers 1,20 – 1,80 m² of surface, - 1 kg covers 0,65 – 1,00 m2 of surface, - The paint consumption for 1 m2 area is 550-830 ml and 1000-1500 gr. DRYING TIME Allow 4-6 hours for touch dry and 24 hours for complete dry at 23°C environment conditions. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS - Mix SARKOTEX until it achieves a homogenous consistency, - Spread SARKOTEX in even thickness to the entire surface with lambskin roller, - Texture SARKOTEX from top to bottom with sponge roller or crystal roller while it is still wet. Saturate the roller with material before application. Take a good care not to overload the roller or let it dry to avoid spoiling the texture, - You may use a lambskin roller to achieve a different texture,
