SALVA's TAV family of ovens is made up of traditional baking ovens on sole plates to achieve high-quality artisan bread with an excellent appearance and an unequalled base, tailored to the needs of even the most demanding artisan bakers. All the chambers that make up the annular tube ovens are completely sealtight and surrounded by a closed steel tube circuit. Evaporation of the water inside the metal tubes ensures uniform heat transfer, thus guaranteeing homogeneous, high-quality baking.
