SAGEX, the quality term for PS foam. During foaming, the polystyrene pearls are bloated using steam and at the same time bonded with each other. 1m3 polystyrene consists of 3-6 billion microscopically small, air-filled cells. SAGEX is indispensible in building construction and civil engineering.
