Oil separators Rosep I. class have a built-in coalescent filter attached to the chamber wall. The wall separates the sludge chamber and the mineral oil trap. Due to the composition of the coalescent filter and the physical properties of mineral oils (lower density than water), oil droplets combine and are more efficiently excreted on the surface. An automatic shut-off or alarm can also be installed at the outlet to prevent oil from leaking during heavy rains.
RoSep oilseparators are used everywhere where there is possibility that mineral oils will come
into rivers, streams, lakes or nature. Inside the oil separator, a coalescent filter is installed. Coalescent filter serves to purify meteoric waste water up to 5 mg/l of the mineral oil content at the outlet. Automatic closure device at the outlet prevent the extraction of mineral oils from the oil separator into the environment.
The integrated measuring point on the oil separator allows easy sampling for the needs of
measurements of the concentration of the mineral oil content at the outlet.
Oil separators are made of nature friendly polyethylene (PE), which can be 100% recycled after use.
