MS Next Generation Elastic Polymer Sealant is a high-performance chemical designed to seal joints and gaps in a wide variety of applications.
Featuring MS (Modified Silane Polymer) polymer technology, this sealant offers superior performance in flexibility, adhesion and weather resistance.
It cures on contact with moisture in the air, forming a durable, elastic seal that can resist structural movement and extreme weather conditions.

Applications
Bonding of galvanized sheets, ferrous or non-ferrous metals, elements of caravans or trucks.
Elastic sealing in industry.
Sealing joints between the same and different materials such as joints between prefabricated elements, frame/work, metal carpentry, drainage channels, air conditioning or refrigeration installations.
Adhesion
artificial, ceramic, glass, metals such as aluminum, iron, zinc, galvanized, etc., most thermoplastic plastics. (Except polyethylene or PTFE) or thermosetting.
Good adhesion on wet surfaces.
Recommendations for Use
Make sure the surface where the sealant will be applied is clean and dry.
Use an applicator gun for even product distribution.
Apply the sealant in an even layer, avoiding the formation of air bubbles.
For best results, use painter's tape to outline the application area.
Allow the sealant to fully cure according to the manufacturer's instructions before subjecting the sealed joint to loads or stress.
