Planium loose lay and self-blocking flooring system, with removable tiles and dry installation, consists of 2 parts: Modular Tile, angular locking plate with screws for locking for a total thickness of only 5 mm.
The module tile is of a COPPER or BRASS finish (or other types of metal with different surface textures), below, which an agglomerated recycled rubber is placed.
The modules are locked together by four holed angular plates and fastened with M5 stainless steel screws.
The installation of the system is dry, very quick and easy. The assembled modules are immediately functional while the backing of agglomerated recycled rubber protects the underlying pavement and reduces acoustic phenomena, due to trampling.
The system with the above mentioned characteristics is particularly ideal for commercial and working spaces, as it permits to installation without interrupting daily activities.
During renovations, it solves the problems of costly demolition and disposal; it allows inspection of screed or under laying floors and, if necessary, any quick change of each module.
It can be installed perfectly both on screeds and on existing floors, allowing also to leave visible open tracing.
The tiles can be removed any time without damage to the substrate, or to the plates themselves and can reused elsewhere.
