A wavy motif on a yellow scale shows in this oxidized brass plate a theme that we would define as summery, recalling the expanses of sand that on the shoreline see their shapes modeling through the passage of the waves. Equally, however, these yellows recall the expanses of the deserts of North Africa or the Middle East, those exotic scenarios that we live in our common imagination. Chromatically dominate the golden tones but also a less bright yellow - straw yellow, honey yellow - alternating with a regular cadence from yellow ocher. More marginal and to fill the spaces created between the waves are the blue tones, especially present in the upper part of the canvas.
