Project Feature
120 Fleet Street consisted of the total renovation of the “Daily Express Building” erected in 1934 plus a new 10-story office for a worldwide finance house. The building features a Portland stone façade on to Fleet Street and a modern curtain wall along Poppings Court, St. Bride Street and Shoe Lane. The internal atrium changes from a four floor square to a two floor circular drum at the 7th floor, with feature lighting under the drum.

20,000 sqm (215,300 sq ft) of glass and stone cladding.
