This project has 3 vertical gardens: two of them external and with the same design and a third interior garden. The building is located on the western part of Bogotá, and the orientation of the two external gardens is towards east and west. Both of them together measure 198 m2 and, over these walls, 5,346 plants of 70 different species were settled. In fact, they are not only a real living work of art, but also a work with a high botanic value.
The interior wall is in the hall of the building and it stands out because of the use of tropical undergrowth species with very specific lightning requirements. The main difficulty of this work was to develop the garden while making progress with the works of the building, so its assembly turned out to be a logistical challenge that resulted in the perfect complement for the façade and the access to the building.
Another work of Groncol and Paisajismo Urbano.
