PD1-PRE Integrated Phonostage and Preamplifier The OMA PD1-Pre is identical to the OMA PD-1 Phonostage with the addition of a discrete, low mu and low gain preamplifier section utilizing the 12B4 triode. The PD1-Pre is a two chassis design, with signal on one chassis and power supply on the other. The phono signal is entirely discrete from the Preamp section, and both have separate power supplies. An electronic relay switches between four inputs, and either a stepped attenuator or potentiometer control gain. The PD1-Pre was designed for difficult source loads, such as those requiring a buffer, or sources which require a bit more gain. Dimensions: each chassis is 19" w x 14" d.
