Design by Antonia Astori & Nicola De Ponti, 2009 Antonia Astori and Nicola De Ponti design Plateau, a ceiling lamp that uses the classic shape of the sphere in a brand new way. The body of the lamp is composed of a round or oval-shaped clear methacrylate flat surface from which holes have been cut out to accommodate the luminous spheres. Each globe can be positioned to suit inside any one of the different circles, each time creating a different composition. Technical data Suspension lamp giving diffused light. Support plateau in transparent laser-finished and polished PMMA. Globes in opaline opaque blown glass in different sizes, that can be placed as wished.
