Merino woolwooden baseupholstered

This unique stool has its seating area upholstered by using over 100 multicolored pompons from superior merino wool. They are knotted densely to a felt base with crocheted cover. The impression of a hilly and colorful woolen landscape makes it a decorative design furniture. The colors likewise grow into the crocheted side of the seating by a hand embroidery. The refurbishment of this vintage stool, with wooden legs, is done by a Berlin based carpenter. This object is exclusively handmade in Germany and at MYKs studio in Berlin. Customizing in color is possible. This stool is one of a kind, but a similar one can be made on order. Dimensions: Seating height 48cm, seating depth & width 50cm. Total weight is about 9kg.
