An asphalt-based, clay emulsion roof coating. It is versatile and specially formulated to give excellent resistance to water. Superior formulation provides increased weather resistance and durability. This product does not flow when applied in thick coatings and when dry, will stay in place even when exposed to elevated temperatures. In addition, the solvent free formulations are water based and non-combustible, requiring no “red tag” labeling for fire hazard.
