Sliding doors without bottom guide rails
For those compartments of modest dimensions but intense passage of vehicles the answer is the suspended sliding door: the weight is completely supported by the upper guide and the motorization is possible with a predisposed guide.
The suspended sliding door consists of 52 mm thick leaves with respective internal perimeter frames in 20/10 thick galvanised steel profile. The doors are entirely covered with smooth or peeled sheets obtained through a continuous rolling process, in galvanised steel SENDZIMIR system, followed by phosphating and the application of 20 Micron thick primer. This pre-painting offers, without any alteration, the resistance of 400 hours in a salt spray chamber. Finally, we prevent scratches by applying adhesive film to be removed after installation.
The insulation is guaranteed by the injection of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam according to DIN 4102 class B2, with a density of not less than 43/45 Kg/m³, obtained through an under-press expansion process that ensures a high degree of thermal insulation. The upper rail is fixed to the ceiling or to the veil by special brackets designed and manufactured by us, all in galvanised steel. The upper sliding is guaranteed by trolleys with 4 tropicalized steel bearings, which guarantee great ease of manoeuvre.
