Euronorm windows and doors are available in Fir, Mahogany Meranti, Chestnut Sungkay and Slavonia Oak, in different finishes and semi-open pore paintings. The wood section is 70x83mm both for the frame and the sash, made in laminated wood with 3 layers, pre-dried and glued together with D4 glues, insensitive to humidity. Here below we quote the results obtained in the tests made on a 2 sash tilt and turn Euronorm window in Mahogany Meranti. Tests have been carried out according to the norm 14351-1, by the notified laboratory n. 1600 CERT, Certification and Test Centre of Treviso Tecnologia. • Air permeability Class 4 • Watertight Class E1500 • Resistance to wind load Class C5 • Heat transmission with standard glass 4/15/4 Low E. and Gas Argon : Ug = 1,1 W/m²k = Heat transmission window up to Uw = 1,31 W/m²k • Heat transmission with glass Ug = 0,5 W/m²k = Heat transmission window up to Uw = 0,85 W/m²k Sound insulation tests have been carried out by the Giordano Institute n. 217695 with glass 4 Low E./15 Argon/4: Rw=36 dB R.d.p. with glass 4+4 acoustic plastic 0,5/15 Argon/4+4 pvb 0,76: Rw=42 dB R.d.p
