Albatross. The project of a house in the countryside, where the air smells of needles and freshness, combined with complete comfort.
The talented designer Ilya Kulik created a spacious ultramodern villa in the style of a half-timbered chalet, which is a luxurious example of a wooden modern building.
The project's feature is its original and spectacular architecture, combined with the individual internal design of the house, which makes it unique.
This innovative house made of solid glued beams and glass will give its owners and guests the opportunity to enjoy moments spent in it. Large windows allow you to admire the view of the water surface or your favorite landscape and keep warm in the house.
In addition to the vast upper two-story living and resting area, there is also a basement. The lowest zone of the project is multifunctional in purpose and can be equipped as a gym, home theater, wine cellar, office or sauna, and also as a workshop.
The project is full of conciseness, clarity of lines, light and air. Durable house is distinguished by the openness of its internal space, with exits to a two-level terrace.
The special construction of the roof is a feature of the Albatross project. While manufacturing the roof structure, specially prepared wooden elements from glued beams are used. Wide roof overhangs will perfectly protect the interior in the summer from the sun, and the terrace and facades from rain and snow in the autumn and winter. The level of the terrace flooring coincides with the general floor level, which makes it a natural extension of the rooms in the house.
