The starting point for the design of this living space was the creation of rooms filled with light and air, as well as the privacy part of the house. The efficient use of the outdoor terrace, hidden under the flat roof canopy and indoor spaces with area of 425 m², creates an excellent living environment. High ceilings, thoughtful placement of windows create a feeling of spaciousness and openness. Light and warm materials are used in the interior decoration. The outer dark façade, made of laminated glued timber, is a strong protective shell that visually brings the house closer to the surrounding vegetation.
