When roaming through the forests of Madagascar, one is sometimes lucky enough to admire a wonderfully luminous chameleon. But as soon as it feels discovered, it becomes almost invisible at the touch of a button. This effect of camouflage is called mimesis. We call it Mimix! Inspired by the fascinating camouflage artists, we have developed a high-quality luminaire family with 230 volt LEDs. Unlike our favourite dog Paul, it easily masters the art of disappearance, integrating itself almost unnoticed into the architecture of the room if desired. At the same time, the "easy to use" handling - without any power supply at all - will quickly inspire you. Mimix - less is more!
Ours MIMIX Wall spotlights have a body made of hand-poured exposed concrete. The two light heads used have glass lens optics with a beam angle of 100°.
The driverless LEDs can be dimmed via phase. Control via a Casambi module is possible.
Designer and managing director Kai Steffens always follows his idealism and intuition. This results in the guiding principle that the design of less'n'more is measured by its functionality and refrains from immersing itself in the market segment as conformistly as possible. However, aesthetics are by no means secondary, but it is almost self-evident from the way we think about our products.
