Lead crystal, traditionally the heaviest and most valuable type of glass, has at least 24% lead content. It is then particularly suitable for cutting and has the most beautiful sound. And it has been proven to do so without harming the environment. This is because lead is contained in lead oxide in dissolved form. As a solid part of the mass, the heavy metal cannot be released during use. Also because of its weight, SILVIO is a great achievement of craftsmanship. This claim to quality is ennobled by the delicately cut faceting on the inner and outer rim of the vase opening. SILVIO can be used as an elegant vase as well as a noble lantern.
