The Kimera D420 mobile batching plant is designed and built for the production and distribution of concrete, cement mixtures, mortars, cement mortars. Before starting the production cycle, the operator must set the mix design, the quantity to be produced and the production speed on the LCD screen. Then the operator manages the system from the control panel or from the remote control (optional). At the start of the cycle, the elements (water, cement, inert 1, inert 2, additives and any other additional elements) are automatically transported and fall into the first screw, which mixes and transported to the second screw.
