Concrete blocks for permanent formwork are designed for building foundations (wells, basements) without using casing Simple concrete as well as reinforced-concrete structures of 150, 200, 300, 400 in thickness and combined 500 mm up to 1,000 mm in thickness can be constructed.
The walling itself is carried out either with or without mortar, or the structure is reinforced by horizontal or vertical armouring according to the structural assessment. We proceed carefully when grouting with an adequately dense concrete mixture, layer after layer, to a maximum height of 3 - 5 layers of the blocks at a time, i.e. up to 1.0 m of the wall height. When following these parameters the wall does not have to be anchored to the foundations to prevent lifting, or reinforced against cracks due to the pressure of the concrete.
