A two-pack water-based epoxy enamel. The product is based on epoxy resins with exceptional surface protection offering excellent chemical resistance and hardness. Product highly recommended for poor ventilated areas, avoiding high toxic atmosphere when applied. Fire Retardant Cert. Bfl-s1 and Slip Resistance Cert. Class 3 Meets latest A+ and AgBB VOC specs for clean interior environment. Ideal where hygiene coating is specified, and essential for interior spaces with reduced access to ventilation, where conventional paints with organic solvents would be toxic. Generally recommended for closed places with poor ventilation. Especially suitable for use on flooring garages, indoor car parks, industrial buildings. Certified for the food-sanitary industry: floors and walls of hospitals, showers, industrial kitchens. Valid for concrete, pitch, bituminous and slurry surfaces and for the protection of metal surfaces exposed to contact with water, grease, diluted acids or alkalis. Application by brush, roller or spraying. In closed environment ensure proper ventilation during the drying process to avoid high concentrations of relative humidity which can affect the properties of the product. The Two-packA and B must be mixed thoroughly in the proportion indicated in TDS. Once mixed allow for 10 minutes induction time before using the mixed product. IMPORTANT: Potlife of mixed paint is 60 minutes. Do not use after this time as paint film have started to cure, which will lead to dull finish and its mechanical and chemical characteristics will be poor.
