Refurbishment and modernization of the time-honoured 64 m Burda tower in Offenburg. The previous aluminum and glass façade was replaced by a double-skin fully glazed, timber/aluminum frame glass façade with sun blinds integrated in the façade corridors. The outer skin was provided with electrically controlled air-inlet dampers in each bay for natural ventilation.
