A touch of nature in the West Indies
A franchise of Jardins de Babylone based in Saint-Barthélemy created an outdoor “green space” for Lacoste.
This small green space, located on part of the company storefront, was made up of several features:
A closed-circuit irrigation system to collect and save water.
A wide selection of tropical plants adapted to the hot and humid climate of Saint Barthélemy: red anthuriums (laceleafs) and Spathiphyllum wallisii (peace lily).
A stainless steel frame to resist the corrosion caused by tropical climates, as well as the salinity of the air.
