A new generation of climate-compatible insulation boards: JACKODUR® EVO. In this latest development of load bearing insulation materials made of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS), the cells are filled with air, so production is particularly environmentally friendly. The new multilayer boards are used wherever they need to be installed quickly and securely in a single layer, because JACKODUR® EVO guarantees an excellent insulation performance of λD = 0.032 W/(m·K) across all thicknesses from 40 to 400 mm. This makes the insulation boards particularly suitable for perimeter insulation under the floor slab, exterior basement wall insulation, inverted roof insulation and other areas of application requiring energy-efficient building insulation.
