ForCell Stabilization Products are three-dimensional products made from HDPE or PE alloys and used to increase the bearing capacity on roads. ForCell Stabilization Products are created by combining plastic strips through ultrasonic welding to obtain a structure with orifices in diamond shape. In this way, it is also called as cellular filling system. With its perforated structure, it allows for flow of water and ensures interlocking with filling material.
GeoCells are used to increase the bearing capacity in base and sub-base layers on roads. They can be fixed with iron or polymer rods to the floor with a suitably-prepared surface, or they are placed by stretching on the pulleys to open the cells.
GeoCell panels are combined with materials such as locked plastic strips and staples. They are applied over the top of non-woven or knitted geotextiles to ensure transfer of better load to the ground, where GeoCell will be applied, and to further increase the bearing capacity.
