ISOCELL Cellulose insulation is available in the UK and Ireland , produced in Styria , France and Belgium in some of the most modern plants in Europe. Only newspaper is used for the production of ISOCELL cellulose fibre, this produces consistency in the fibres while maintaining strict quality measures.
The pre-sorted newspaper is first broken up in a shredder and then run through the so-called eddy current mill that breaks up the paper to its fibre structure.
The fibre structure is an important characteristic of ISOCELL. Only long fibres guarantee the best possible compaction and sure settling.
To protect ISOCELL cellulose fibre from fire, mould, insects or vermin, it is treated with natural mineral salts. ISOCELL is packed in bags of approx. 12,5kg and stacked on Europa pallets of 21 bags.
