The Loop chair is an iconic design created in 1954 by Swiss modernist Willy Guhl, and known throughout the world. His credo was to 'achieve the most with the minimum of effort' and the remarkable Loop design is a demonstration of this. It is created from a single self-supporting band of FRC (fibre-reinforced cement) and is deceptively strong despite its fine lines. The Loop table is a fantastic quirky partner to the Loop chair, perfect for keeping drinks, nibbles and books to hand when relaxing in the sun.
The chair is minimalist in appearance but is designed for comfort with its curves supporting the body in all the right places. It is light enough to move around very easily, which is good news as you won't be able to resist using it inside as well!
