Description
Designer Magnus Pettersen’s Leimu was inspired by modern architecture, specifically the combination of concrete and glass. Pettersen wanted a beautiful interplay of warm and cold elements in what Pettersen called “industrial luxury.” Created to resemble a flame, Leimu is a gentle balance between delicate materials and structural form. The entire piece is mouthblown by the experts at the Iittala Glass Factory. Smooth to the touch, the small, handmade Leimu lamp is compact enough to sit on a bedside table or rest on a shelf. Reflects a soft, gentle light that warms any interior. Fresh moss green adds natural calm. A modern classic and winner of the prestigious iF design award.
