Since it first took flight in 1972, professor Oiva Toikka's glass bird collection has become an object of passion for many. Toikka combined his love for nature and glass in the collection, making sure each glass bird is as unique as real birds. The collection also brings together a rich fusion of glassmaking traditions and celebrates Toikka's endless imagination and playfulness. With its long legs and elegant beak, the dark grey Ibis brings a piece of nature to your home. Each bird is handcrafted and mouthblown at the Iittala Glass Factory in Finland.
