The Advanced and Cook2Temp controls have a digital timer and temperature pre-sets that allow commercial kitchen equipment operators to deliver consistent, repeatable results from chef to chef and shift to shift. Both have an IPX6 water-wash-down rated control panel that minimizes repair bills.
Our braising pans feature 3″-radius coved corners — the widest in the industry — allowing operators to easily move food product inside the pan without etching the inner sidewalls. This eliminates troublesome cleaning spots and corner food buildup often found in braising pans from other kitchen equipment manufacturers. An ergonomic design positions everything in view, and IPX6 water-was-down rated control housing protects the electronics from humidity and spray downs during the nightly cleaning of kitchen equipment, which increases reliability and food safety.
