The management of the access to the technical equipment and the flexibility are an ever increasing requirement , the raised floor provides the solution. The modular panels laid on a supporting structure adjustable in height, permit to realize an interspace completely accessible. The raised floor thus becomes “technical space” in which to house the technical installations, telephone, hydraulic ducts, cabling and wiring. Panels are laid without permanent fixing and are therefore removable in order to allow access to the various technical plants for maintenance or change, easily replaced without ruining the integrity of the flooring. The decking, the visible part of the pavement, can be realized with resilient materials (PVC, linoleum, rubber), carpet, laminate HPL, ceramic, marble or natural granite, wood parquet. Thanks to the many finishes available, the panels can satisfy every kind of need both technical and aesthetic, helping to achieve highly customized environments.
