The surface with the plus. The highest standards of hygiene and durability are fulfilled with a specially compressed surface. Max Compact IP F Quality are high pressure laminates (HPL) in compliance with EN 438 4 type CGF for demanding applications (e.g., office furniture, wall cladding, wet rooms, etc.) with a double-hardened, pore-free, sealed urethane acrylate layer. These compact boards are designed for use in heavily frequented areas with more intensive cleaning or hygienic requirements, such as in hospitals, schools, kindergartens, sanitary rooms in hotels and in public areas, as well as buildings with occasionally increased risk of infection (airports, train stations), industrial kitchens, food industry and public transport and with increased fire resistance requirements. The surface is pore-free, easy to disinfect and resistant to acidic cleaning agents, even over an extended period. Standard: Type CGF according to EN 438-4 Classification according to EN 13501-1: Euroclass B-s2, d0 for 6 – 20 mm or B1 “schwer entflammbar” according to DIN 4102-1. Max Compact IP laminates are cut to size at extra cost and are delivered with any incidental odds and ends. We optimise your cuts. Cutting accuracy: ± 0.5 mm. Max Compact IP laminates are made to order. Density: approx. 1350 kg / m³ Format tolerances: +10 – 0 mm The panel formats are production formats. For any necessary measurement and angle precision, cutting on all sides is recommended.
