Thermal conductivity of VIP can be as low as 1.5mw/m k which is improved by more than 10-20 times. The thickness of VIP is only 1/5 ~ 1/10 of the traditional insulation material, the thin and lightweight of VIP make the insulation layer thinner, the space larger and insulation chamber lighter.
