With SNÖBLOCK Training Table, you can exercise all the major muscles in your body with traditional movements that actually work. Designed along with pro icehockey player Aleksander Barkov, the SNÖBLOCK’s capabilities are right out of a pro athlete’s playbook: Box jumps Lunges, step-ups Dips, different level push-ups Dumbbell bench press, flys, and overhead press Dumbbell or kettlebell squats Abs, leg raises HIIT and circuit training The SNÖBLOCK’s height is fully customizable in 5cm (2”) increments. Its modular wooden blocks are locked together with a simple peg design. Use the tabletop (12 kg, or 24lbs) for neutral-grip rows or overhead presses, or use the birch blocks (3.3kg, or 7lbs) to add weight to your squat if you don’t want a dumbbell lying around.
