Description

Four-layer vapour-permeable roof membrane. Made of two layers of polypropylene nonwoven, reinforcing mesh and functional film which ensures high vapour-permeability and water-tightness of the underlay. Product contains special stabilization additives which extend its resistance to UV radiation to 4 months and allow to perform assembly of final roof covering with considerable delay. Membrane is available in SYSTEM SK2 with two self-adhesive tapes. Advantages: Tear resistance High vapour-permeability Suitable for slate Water-tightness Application Membrane is designed for use as initial covering for ventilated sloping roofs, also when fully sarked. Product is also suitable for application when conducting ‘reverse renovation’ works in roof and attic. Preservation of venting slot between the membrane and the thermal insulation (mineral wool, fiberglass) is not required for installation – product can be installed directly on thermal insulation. The final roof covering must be assembled with batten and counter-batten. Suitable for use in nearly all types of roof coverings – recommended for cement and clay tiles, metal roofing as well as slate.
