An automatic machine that divides dough weighing up to 20 kg into 10 or 20 pieces of the same shape and weight with just one operation. Machine flexibility is further increased with the “grid” optional accessories for small pieces and the “regulate pressure” option, which favours the processing of low hydration dough.

Dividing range from 200 to 2000 g, can be increased by adding the additional division grid (optional accessory)
