Giuseppe Bavuso has designed for Ento the CONTOUR, a beautifully proportioned door handle constructed around a compact spring and rose mechanism.‎ The smooth and ductile form lends stylistic versatility to the product, which therefore lends itself readily to contract work.‎ Not only does the Contour come complete with a bespoke faceplate and door latch, it also comes in a double version based on a single unit with a core insert available in several materials and finishes so it can be easily customized for a given project and matched perfectly with the wood of the door on which it is mounted.‎ Contour Plus is offered with an insert in PMMA as a standard element, already included and applied onto the handle, in all finishes available. On request, it can be supplied separately to be painted, but the particular aspect of Giuseppe Bavuso’s design is that it is easy to involve any supplier in the project. For example, the door manufacturer can create the insert in different materials and finishes with standard tooling. Contour Plus offers the highest freedom of customization and the perfect match to any adjacent material, or a product that conforms to project requirements. Like all the products in range, Contour Plus is made of brass: the best material to guarantee finishes without defects, high resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents and for the maximum sensation of weight and solidity to the grip.
