Description

ISOLCAP 250 establishes itself in the premixed underlay market for its remarkable thermal insulation efficiency combined with "super" lightness (250 kg/m3). This product blends high-quality hydraulic binders with expanded polystyrene beads of a graded particle size (Ø 3-6 mm). These beads are treated with the organic E.I.A. additive during production, ensuring homogeneous distribution within the mix and providing superior thermal insulation with a thermal conductivity λD of 0.067 W/mK. ISOLCAP 250 is designed to offer high-quality thermal insulation, perfectly suited for both innovative and traditional projects. It is an optimal choice for those seeking superior performance in underfloor radiant heating systems, particularly in next-generation, low-thickness systems. This product requires minimal mixing water, ensuring exceptional drying times (1 day per cm of thickness) and preventing any hygrometric shrinkage, even over time (no volume reduction in the mixture). NOTE Zero hygrometric shrinkage. Zero seepage. Dimensionally stable. Ultra-low residual moisture. No cracking. RAL certified. Density: 250 kg/m3. Yield: 1 m2 at 7 cm thickness. Packaging: 70 L bag. Pallet: 44 bags of 70 L = 3.3 - 3.4 m3 yield (depending on the mixing method).
