Description

Two concepts define the Dis design: harmony in terms of outline and lightness of structure. Lightweight planes and translucent surfaces combine to produce a chair with a marked character. We were determined that the project should effectively respond to its mission as an office and conference-room chair through the discrete integration of all the components, particularly the complex set of mechanisms which make it so ergonomic. Although the diversity of the Dis programme means that the chair fits in almost anywhere, it was originally conceived to meet executive, operator, visitor and conference-room requirements. In addition to its unique formal and functional design, the chair also offers top-of-the-range finishes such as polished aluminium, wooden or upholstered rears, or luxe upholstery (double padding), which makes it exceptionally comfortable.
